Whois Privacy Protection in Shared Hosting
If you get a shared hosting package from our company, you’ll be able to activate Whois Privacy Protection for any of your domains in case their extensions support this service. You can register or transfer a domain and enable Whois Privacy Protection upon signup or you can enable the service for any of your domain names at any time afterwards via the Hepsia Control Panel. The process is remarkably easy – after you log in, you will need to visit the Registered Domains section where you will find a list of all the domains that you have registered through our company. For each one of them you will notice an “Whois Privacy Protection” icon, which will let you know if the service is enabled or not. By clicking on it, you can either Whois Privacy Protect the domain, or you can turn off the service if it is currently active.
Whois Privacy Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you would like to conceal the contact info for your domain name and you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company, you’ll be able to enable our Whois Privacy Protection service either upon signup or at any time afterwards through our Hepsia hosting Control Panel. The service is optional and can be activated with a few mouse clicks from the Control Panel’s Registered Domains section where all the domains that you have registered through our company will be displayed alphabetically. You can order Whois Privacy Protection for any of the domain extensions that support this service by simply clicking on the “Whois Privacy Protection” icon to the right of each domain name. In the exact same way, you can also renew the Whois Privacy Protection service or shut it off – in case you’d like to transfer a domain name to some other domain registrar and you need the real email associated with the domain name to be visible.
