Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are far too busy working on your website or developing your web applications, you barely have enough time to keep an eye on what is happening with the virtual server – whether it’s under excessive load or if all the tasks are running correctly. With our Optional Admin Services package, we will take care of this on your behalf. Your VPS will be included in the custom–made server monitoring system and in the event that there is a sign of a problem, our server admins will be warned momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your hosted content is very important – one never knows when something can go wrong. And using our Optional Admin Services offer, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to set up and configure anything. And all the backups will be stored on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disks. This means that your hosted content will always be safe, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Hosting Plan, you have total freedom to run any script or service on your server. But, some scripts are harder to run and may require some extra configuration from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services offer will help you out. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – in other words you will be able to basically hire one of our professional server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of app whatsoever that you want. And/or have him fix an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an add–on for our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
